However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (256) 533-2121 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Delivery and Installation

With every sale, we offer professional delivery and installation by Bob Wallace Appliance's qualified and experienced team. No outsourcing or sub­contractors involved, Bob Wallace Appliance employees carefully deliver and install every appliance. We can even provide proper disposal of your old appliances.

  • We deliver to all areas of Huntsville, Madison, Decatur and other cities and counties in Northern Alabama; you don't have to live in Huntsville to benefit from our services.
  • Our team is factory certified for even the most technical installations. Nobody wants a kitchen where the appliances can't be installed as promised.
  • We employ the most experienced installers in the area. Our guys know what they are doing.
  • Our installers can modify cabinets when required, so when you replace only a wall oven, we can help you avoid replacing the cabinets too.
