This is my go-to place for appliance parts when I need them. And even better when I need to replace them. I went in today to pick up the parts I'd ordered. Great folks there and friendly in the parts department.

We recently purchased a new washer from Bob Wallace Appliance. It was a great experience from start to finish. The salesman found just what we were looking for within minutes. The price was a little high, but we wanted to do business with a locally-owned business instead of one of the big box stores. Delivery day was set, and the installers showed up on time, switched out our washers cheerfully and efficiently, hauled off the old one, and left us with big smiles on our faces. Thank you for the great service.

Excellent sales service from Josh to help us find the best oven/microwave for the dollar with no pressure to buy. Also excellent scheduling as well. The installation team led by Mark was incredible—they arrived on time as promised and their attention to details were superb. We have used Bob Wallace for all our appliances—and they have always been top notch.
